After giving this place many chances I’ve decided I can no longer go here for my or my stepson’s haircuts. We both went today and left unhappy. His haircut was ok, but the front was not cut properly and is terribly uneven. My hair is completely butchered. It is cut extremely close on top and is not even at all. There is probably a half inch difference between one spot and anoth just on top. I’ve had bad experiences here before and thought maybe it would improve. It didn’t. At all. I will be calling tomorrow to address this as well.

Well, I decided to give your Covington property another chance. Once again the young stylist that cut my hair did not smile the entire time I was in your salon. The only words spoken to me during the entire time I was there was: "HI", "right here" (where to sit) "four on top and two in the side? - OK" "WannaWashYourHair" I have this all in one word is because that is the way it was asked. So bad I had to ask her to repeat. "$17.45" "Thank you" The reason I wanted to try your place was because of the service pkgs your website offers and not once on either of my visits to your salon did I hear anything about any services or pkgs AT ALL!!! I was looking forward to any of them. Completely disappointed! I've probably been to over 40 different salons/barber in my life. I am over 50. This is probably the least friendly stylists I have ever experienced. This may be the reason I only saw one other patron in there each time... Just to be clear, the stylist was NOT rude. Neither one of them were anywhere near friendly.
